| Abstract: | This paper, inspired by modem education principal, probes into the under-graduates＇ training scheme based on the training approach of mechanical students in our college. How to establish an unique dual-ability teacher group and how to build a cooperative form between college and enterprise are discussed in order to cultivate applied engineers with all-round capability like engineering thought and engineering ability. |
