| 摘 要： | 在市场条件下,如何有效地保护经营性国有资产,成为重大理论课题。本文针对不良资产处置时造成的经营性国有资产流失,提出要完善法律环境、健全不良资产处置市场、吸引民资、外资参与不良资产处置、借鉴国外不良资产处置经验等法律对策。
