| 摘 要： | 无心磨床是工件采用无心夹持,一般支承在导轮和托架之间,由导轮驱动工件旋转,进行磨削的磨床。本文主要讨论,当无心磨床加工轴承套圈外圆(尺寸准40-准80),为保证圆度值达到1μ,对于托板,中心高、砂轮的技术要求。

| Abstract: | Centerless grinding machine is a kind of grinding machine,in which workpieces are clamped centrelessly and supported between guiding wheel and bracket,driven by guiding wheels to grind. This article mainly discusses technical requirements of plate,center highness,grinding wheel when roundness value of Cylindrical Bearing Ring（φ40-φ80） of Centerless Grinding Machine reaches 1μ. |
