中国工业改革30年的回顾与思考

本文认为,历经30年改革,我国已成为工业大国,但离工业强国还有相当大的距离.文章提出,新型工业化道路至少应包括以下内容:以信息化带动工业化,以工业化促进信忠化;推动产业结构优化升级,形成以高新技术产业为先导、基础产业和制造业为支撑、服务业全面发展的产业结构;加快转变经济增长方式和经济发展方式;全面繁荣农村经济,加快城镇化进程;加强东、中、西部经济技术交流与合作,推动区域协调发展;坚持"引进来"和"走出去"相结合,全面提高对外开放水平;健全现代市场体系和现代企业制度;千方百计扩大就业,充分发挥我国人力资源优势;保障职工权利,增加职工收入,提高职工生活质量;把可持续发展放在十分突出的地位等.

Review the 30 Years of China,s Industrial Reform

The author believes that after 30 years of reform,China has become a large industrial country.But,it has not yet been a strong one.The new path to industrialization includes such contents as taking informationization as the driving forces for industrialization and promoting informationization with the help of industrialization,promoting industrial structural optimization and upgrade and setting up a comprehensive industrial structure taking high-tech industries as the leader,basic industries and manufacturing industries as the supporter,integrating our "bring in" and "go global" strategies,adhere to and improve the basic economic system,take advantage the human resources,and give priority to the sustainable development.
