非金融机构支付业务许可证(电子支付牌照)的发放为中国第三方支付企业的发展带来了更加有利的政策环境,也对企业技术、服务和管理等方面的能力提出了更高的要求,第三方支付企业的升级势在必行.本文从平台经济的视角出发,深入分析了第三方支付企业所具有的平台型企业的特点,对企业升级和平台拓展的内在联系进行了对比,并在此基础上提出后牌照时期第三方支付企业实现有效升级的具体路径,剖析了升级过程中企业可能面临的问题,期冀为中国第三方支付企业的持续健康发展提供参考.

Research on Upgrading Route of Third Party Payment Enterprises in Post- License Period

The issuance of electronic payment license provides the more beneficial policy environment as well as the higher requirements for the third party payment enterprises. The upgrading of third party payment enterprises is unavoidable. This paper analyzed the characteristics of third party payment enterprises and compared the interrelationships between enterprise upgrading and platform expansion. Based on them,the paper proposed the specific upgrading paths of third party payment enterprises in post - license era and analyzed the possible problems during the course of enterprise upgrading,which may be utilized as the reference for the continuous and healthy development of Chinese third party payment enterprises.
