Analyises of SWOT of Green Management of Small and Medium - sized Enterprises

The article analyzes the s Green Management status in Small and Medium- sized Enterprises （SMEs）, and gives SWOT analysis on the Green Management. The author argues that the strengths for SMEs to carry out green management will include flexible organic structure, strong re- sources integration, less impact on the environment. However, the weaknesses will be vague concept of green management and resources restriction. The Opportunities need to be consider will he its emheddedness in the upgrade of National Development Strategy and the advancement of green man- agement regulation and legislation accompanied with preference policy. Meanwhile the threats could be the weak execution of regulations, infeasibility of legislation, less strong environmental - conscientious of citizens, non - implication of green - audit, green - accounting and green information disclosure policy. Of course internationalization will be another threat we should consider. Green management can bring competitive superiorities for SMEs. The article also proposes rational solutions for green management, as build - up green concept, green products life - cycle management and apply for green attestation.
