| Abstract: | The article uses comparative analysis method to analyze the wastepaper recovery in Germany from the wastepaper recycling, the harmony of paper industry and environment, the cultivation of civic awareness of environmental protection, etc. And the reasons for the high recovery rate of wastepaper is summarized to benefit China＇s waste paper recycling management and the establishment of two types of society. |
