信息化在石油企业物资采购管理中的应用研究

物资采购成本是石油企业成本的重要组成部分，采购成本控制对提高经济效益、盈利能力发挥着举足轻重的作用。但就国内大部分石油企业而言，物资采购信息滞后、分散、导向性差等现象仍然普遍存在，不可避免地增加了物资采购的成本和效率，也降低了采购过程的透明度。从剖析这些问题入手，结合我国石油企业具体的物资管理水平．探讨了建立信息平台、发挥信息化导向在物资管理中的作用。

The Application of lnformationization in Material Procurement Management of Petroleum Companies

Material procurement cost of the petroleum companies is an important part of the total cost, procurement cost controlling plays an important role in improving the economic efficiency and profitability. However, in terms of the majority of domestic petroleum enterprises, material procurement information lag with dispersion and orientation of the continued prevalence of poor situa- tion, which inevitably increases the cost of procurement of materials and efficiency and reduces the transparency of the procurement process as well. In this paper, starting from the analysis of these issues in light of our country＇s current level of enterprises＂ materials management, explores the establishment of an information platform to play the role of information technology-oriented in materials procurement.
