| Abstract: | Delivery with the original bill of lading is the carrier＇s legal obligation and is also an international shipping convention. However, delivery goods without bill of lading existing widely in the practice. This article conducts the discussion on the cause, the manifestation and the risk prevention of delivery goods without bill of lading, and proposes the relevant measures to prevent the risk of delivery goods without bill of lading. |
