产业集群竞争力的模糊综合评价分析

产业集群作为一种介于企业自治与市场自由交易之间的组织形态，已经成为各国区域经济发展的首选模式和产业发展的重要组织形式。在探讨产业集群竞争力内涵的基础上，构建了产业集群竞争力评价指标体系。由于评价指标的多层次性，以及大部分指标的难以量化性和模糊性，采用模糊综合评价模型来分析产业集群竞争力，并对江门摩托车产业集群进行实证分析。

Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of the Industrial Cluster Competitiveness

As morphology between enterprises of autonomy and free transaction of market, industrial cluster has shown the overall regional competitive advantages to some extent. It has become the preferred pattern of regional economic development and the important organizational form of industrial development. This paper first discusses the meaning of industrial cluster competitiveness on the basis of analyzing the competitive advantages of industrial cluster, then constructs the evaluation index system of the competitiveness of industrial cluster from the perspective of the sources of the competitive advantages. Because of the indicators are multilevel, and most of them are ambiguous and difficult to quantify, the paper analyzes the competitiveness of industrial cluster by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Finally Jiangmen motorcycle industrial cluster is empirically analyzed by this model to demonstrate whether the model is reasonable or not.
