The Comparison Study of the Safety Supervision and Legislation for the Management of Special Equipments at Home and Abroad

The special equipments play the essential roles in the production of all the industries, so the great importance should be attached to the management and supervision of special equipments. The paper analyzes the features of the special equipments＇ safety supervision in USA, and introduces some experience that the foreign governments legislate for the safety supervision of equipments. It also presents the developing process of the special equipments management in China and finally lays the stress on the analysis of the problems that occurring during the legislation for the Chinese special equipments and puts forwards the corresponding solutions.
