摘    要:在知识化、网络化和全球经济一体化趋势下.现代企业越来越重视在人本管理思想指导下坚持以人为本建设企业文化,然而在具体的建设过程中却存在着很多问题和挑战。因此,我国企业必须找出问题所在,构建出人本管理视角下新型企业文化的运作体系,并结合企业实际,真正建设出具有我国特色的新型企业文化。

Building a New Corporate Culture Based on the Management Perspective
Abstract:In the knowledge, networking and global economic integration trend, more and more attention is taken in the modem enterprise management thinking of the people under the guidance of the building adhere to the people-oriented corporate culture, but there is a lot of problems and challenges in the process of building the concrete. Therefore, Chinese enterprises must find out where the problem lies in, build a management perspective of the people under the new corporate culture of the operation system, combine with business reality, construct the real characteristics of China's new type of corporate culture.
