摘    要:随着全球经济一体化的到来,任何一个地方的波动都会引起世界范围内的轩然大波。突发事件的发生越来越频繁,波及面越来越广,危害越来越严重。在这种背景下,研究如何维持员工满意度,从而帮助企业度过难关是一个非常有现实意义的课题。介绍了员工满意度的含义和内容、突发事件的定义及特征.阐述了在突发情况下维持员工满意度的意义和价值,并就如何维持员工满意度分别对企业和员工提出了思路。

The Maintenance of Employee Satisfaction in Emergency
Abstract:With the coming of globalization, a little change from anywhere can bring about cosmepolitical hurricane. As a resuit, emergency occurs more frequently than before. How to maintain the employee satisfaction for the sake of helping the enterprise get through the difficulity is a practical significance topic. At first, this essay explains employee satisfaction and emergency, then reveals that the maintenance of employee satisfaction in emergency is really essential. At last, it gives several suggestions to enterprise as well as employees.
