浅谈国有企业集团的财务风险监控问题

尽管我国国有企业集团取得了快速发展，国有经济布局和结构调整取得了重要进展但是．在财务风险、高层腐败舞弊、内部人控制等方面仍然存在很多问题，而当前金融危机的爆发和深化．使其面临更大的挑战。在此基础上，文章提出了国有企业集团的财务风险监控对策。

Discussion on the Financial Risk Supervision Question in the State-Owned Enterprise Group

Although China＇s state-owned enterprise group has made the fast progress, the state-owned economic layout and the structural adjustment gets the important progress, there have many problems in financial risk, high-level corruption and fraud, insider control. And the outbreak and deepening of the current financial crisis make the state-owned enterprise group face a greater challenges. This article proposes the financial risk control countermeasures for the state-owned enterprise group based on the above analysis.
