摘    要:人力资本是形成企业核心竞争力的基础理念,这已得到企业界和学术界人士的普遍认可,然而企业认为进行人力资本的投资是利弊皆有。如何去修正企业的人力资本投资行为.增加人力资本的存量,构建企业核心竞争力和实现其可持续发展具有十分重要意义。

Discussion on Human Capital Investment Behavior of Enterprise
Abstract:The human capital is foundation idea on forming the enterprise core competitiveness, this view obtaies the business community and the academic community human affair's universal approval. Huwever, the enterprises think that carrying on the human capital investment has both advantageous and disadvantageous. How to accumulate human capital, to build an enterprise core compe- tence and to maintain stainable development is very important for an enterprise to find a way to better the human capital investment behaviors.
