企业绿色经营的内在动力机制研究

企业绿色经营的研究主要集中在政府管制与市场机制两个方面，前者主要通过政府制定相关法规强制实现，后者则局限在税收与补贴等方面，但实际效果离目标尚有相当大的差距。阐述了环境治理的特点——搭便车现象的形成及目前这两类方法的困境．探讨了实现企业绿色经营的内在动力机制——企业在利己的基础上实现利他．并分析了三种激发企业绿色经营内在动力机制的方法。

Study on the Mechanism of Ingenerate Driving Force of Enterprises Green Operating

Study on the green management of enterprises mainly concentrateis on government regular and market mechanism, and the former is achieved mainly through the forced development of legislation, and the latter mainly limites in the taxation and subsidies, but there is a gap between the actual results and the target. This paper discusses the characteristics of environmental governance and the formation of free-riding phenomenon. Based on this, this paper discusses the mechanism of ingenerate driving force of enterprises green operating, and this reveals that enterprises will realize their self benefits and others will also get benefits at the same time. At last, this paper specific analyzes three ingenerate driving force methods of how to stimulate enterprise green operating.
