摘    要:保障食品安全已经成为保护国人生命健康、提高国人生活质量、促进食品贸易甚至维护世界和平与发展的重大政策问题。在分析食品安全的质量规制理论的基础上,借鉴发达国家食品安全的政府质量规制的经验,结合我国实际情况,提出了保障我国食品安全的质量规制机制:食品企业市场主体准入的质量规制、规范食品企业市场秩序的质量规制、市场退出的质量规制。

Research on the Quality Regulation Based on Chinese Food Safety
Abstract:The security of food safety has become major policy issues for protecting the life health of people, raising the quality of life, promoting food trade and even maintaining world peace and development. On the basis of the theory of the quality regulatory system of food safety, this paper learns the experience of government quality regulation of food security from developed countries, combises with actual situation and puts forward the quality regulatory mechanism of protecting food safety,such as the quality regulation of food companies entering market, the quality regulation of standardizing the market order of food companies, the quality regulation of quitting from market.
