| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the information demand of Chinese enterprises conducting cross-border mergers and acquisitions from the angle of competitive intelligence analyzes the information needs of cross-border mergers ＆ aequisitions,a nd demonstrates how competitive intelligence work as a guarentee for cross＇border mergers and acquisitions to let Chinese enterprise realize ＂going out＂ strategy. |
