浅议商标权价值

摘    要:商标在企业发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用,现在很多企业都开始重视商标权价值。本文从商标权价值的性质入手,指出商标权价值是一项权利,同时,商标权价值是一项无形资产,能给企业带来超额利润。本文还研究了商标权价值的市场现状,最后指出,中国的商标权市场需要改革,并提出了几点改进措施。

Abstract:Brand is becoming more and more important in the development of firms ,now many factories begin to make importance of it .In this article the author notes that brand is a kind of right ,furthemlore ,it is a kind of intangible assets, it can bring profits to the firm .He also studies the market of brand ,at last ,the author indicates that the market of brarid needs to be transformed and gives several approaches.
