| 摘 要： | 我校与国际物流与运输学会（C ILT）/上海西禾特供应链管理有限公司合作开办物流管理专业,应建立基于海外合作的＂托盘化＂物流人才培养模式。在专业方向、课程体系、教学计划、教学方法、学习方式、校园文化等方面借鉴物流托盘化的理念,打造复合型高素质、与国内外企业物流岗位相匹配的国内国际共用化物流人才,从而提高人才培养的效率,有效促进就业和减轻学生学费负担。
