| Abstract: | On the basis of the economics theory of market failure and interference from the government,this paper analyses the necessity of interfering in market of forest land servitude circulation from the government in the south collective forestry area,and put forward that the government should timely take measures to standard market operation and decrease trading cost and promote sustainable use of forest land resource. |
