摘    要:针对影响物流配送顾客满意度中的"处理顾客抱怨行为"、"技术与维修服务"、"商品包装"、"送货时间的配合度"等因素进行分析,给出提高这些指标的优化策略,为物流企业降低成本、提高效率、提升顾客满意度提供借鉴。

Abstract:As an important part of logistics management, physical distribution takes a key role in the whole logistics system. It is used to accelerate the circulation of product which is from production field to consumption field and realizes the use value of product. With the development of logistics, customer satisfaction has become more and more important in the process of physical distribution and it has become one of the important ways to get the competitive advantages among logistics business enterprises.
