文秘专业开展职业素质教育的探索与实践

职业素质教育是高职高专教育的重要组成部分，广东女子职业技术学院文秘专业在开展职业素质教育的过程中，发挥女性特色教育的优势，通过整合课程体系、改进教学方法、建设校内外综合实训基地、顶岗实习等方式来加强学生的职业素质培养，同时将职业技能教育与人文素质教育相结合，以培养出适应时代发展的现代秘书高级人才。
