摘 要: | 相关安全鉴定机构在水库蓄水前对金属结构进行安全评价时,除了应对金属结构的设计、制造、安装和调试等方面情况进行评价外,还应分析在下闸蓄水期间水工金属结构是否存在超设计水头挡水和改变闸门工作性质的风险。以3个水库蓄水为例,分析了各自存在的闸门安全风险,并提出相应的整改建议,消除了水库下闸蓄水时闸门可能出现的隐患。

Notable issues in hydro steel structure safety evaluation for reservoir impoundment appraisal |

Abstract: | In the safety evaluation on the hydro steel structures of a reservoir in the initial impoundment by safety appraisal or-ganization, it is important to analyze whether the steel structures faces two potential risks, namely working under condition of ex-ceeding original design water head and the change of gate’ s original working condition, besides the regular evaluation on design, manufacture, assembling and debugging of the steel structure. In the combination with 3 reservoirs impoundment processes, we analyze the safety risk of the gates and propose some suggestions to eliminate the potential risks that may occur in the reservoir im-poundment. |
