| 摘 要： | 我国人才市场出现高级技工比研究生还稀缺的情况,从一个侧面反映出了我国的人才市场需求结构已经发生变化.该文从分析这种变化的原因出发,指出人力资源结构也必须跟随人才市场进行相应转变.

According to the cause of this change, the paper points out that human resource structure must change with the change of the labor market. |
