摘 要: | 住房抵押贷款证券化是资产证券化的一种重要的形式。在实施住房抵押贷款证券化的过程中要采取必要的措施进行风险管理。它的风险主要源于信用风险、市场风险和经营风险等三个方面以及具体操作的各个环节。
