寻租行为成本的再分析

本文依塔洛克对寻租的经典定义为起点,对寻租行为的成本从新的角度进行了分析,认为寻租行为的成本不仅是寻租者私人成本,更多的则是需整个社会来承担的社会成本。同时对二者的构成、量度方法和对社会福利的影响进行了分析。最后依据对寻租行为成本的分析提出四点措施来降低寻租行为的发生。

Analysis of leasing behavior cost

This article begins with the classical definition of rent- seeking from Gordon Tullock, analyses the cost of rent - seeking action in a new aspect, points out that the cost of rent- seeking is more than the private cost of rent- seeker. At the same time the article analyses the structure,the measure method and the impact on welfare of private cost and social cost in rent - seeking action. Finally, according to the analysis the article gives four suggestions to reduce the amout of rent - seeking action.
