| Abstract: | Based on the problems in present reforms of China＇s municipal public utilities,the article analyzes and reviews the regulation characters of municipal public utilities,its historical development,the problems and countermeasures suggested by both domestic and international scholars at present,as part of the efforts to elaborate the implications and historical development of the regulation of municipal public utilities. |
