On Obstructive Factors to the Income Increase of Farmers And the Selected Treatments

Re-arranging the economic structure for the rural area and increasing farmers' income are the nation-wide central task of the new period of developing the rural economy.This article,while analysing the factors affecting increasing of farmers' income, mainly tells its readers the chosen ways of increasing farmers' income.1 Re-arranging and improving the productive structures of agri-products, so as to develop the high-effective agriculture. 2 Re-arranging the economic structures in the rural area to speed up the procession of agricultural-industrialization.3 Re-arranging the stucture of employing the workforce in the rural areas, so as to speed up developing the towns' industries and towns' selfbuilding.4 Carrying out the policies for developing agriculture by valuing science and technology, as well as education, so as to promote popularizing science and technology in the rural areas.5 Strengthening the idea of serving from the government and consolidating the policies for protecting farmers' interests.
