| 摘 要： | 随着全球经济一体化进程的加快，中国经济政治体制改革的深入，中国第三方物流进入发展的初期，呈现迅速发展态势，存在广阔的发展空间，出现一些新的发展方向：综合物流代理业务的发展，信息网络化建设加快，提供定制物流服务，内部与社会资源优化配置，第三方物流形式多样化等。
