| 摘 要： | 在分析婺源乡村旅游发展和徽派古民居保护现状与存在问题的基础上，研究了婺源乡村旅游可持续发展与徽派古民居保护之间的关系，提出了两者协调发展的对策，包括旅游开发与古民居保护利益共享；坚持政府主导、市场化运作；拓展旅游产品；完善古民居保护立法和加强旅游可持续发展与古民居保护的宣传、教育等。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis on the present situation of Wuyuan＇s rural tourism development and the protection to Anhui ancient residence as well as the problems in it, the article studies the relationship between the sustainable development of Wuyuan rural tourism and the protection to Anhui ancient residence and proposes the countermeasures to promote their coordinated development, including realizing mutual benefit between tourism development and ancient residence protection, sticking to market-oriented operation under the guidance of government, developing tourism products, optimizing legislation related to ancient residence protection, strengthening the publicity and education on the sustainable development of tourism and ancient residence protection and so on. |
