| 摘 要： | 实现城乡一体化协调发展已经成为社会各界关注的热点之一.要实现贵州城乡一体化协调发展的战略目标,必须认清发展所面临的新形势,贯彻落实科学发展观和全面建设小康社会的任务要求.要采取新的对策措施,统筹贵州城乡发展的目标,加快城镇化、农村工业化和市场化发展,加快农村富余劳动力转移,在条件成熟的地区加快"农民市民化"的进程,最大限度争取到国家的政策支持,进一步完善社会保障体系和保障弱势群体的利益.
