| 摘 要： | 在分析我国农村养老保险现状的基础上，剖析了农村养老保险在实践中存在的问题及原因，并从扩大农村养老保险的覆盖率，加快基金积累的增长幅度，建立多层次的农村养老保险体系，实现城乡养老保险的衔接，加快农村养老保险的立法建设，以及提高从业人员整体素质等方面提出了完善我国农村养老保险制度的若干对策建议。

| Abstract: | The article is on the basis of analysing the present situation of rural endowment insurance of our country,has analysed the problems and reasons of rural endowment insurance which are exsisted in practice,and then submits following suggestions:expanding the coverage rate of rural endowment insurance,accelerating increased extent of accumulating fund,building the rural endowment insurance system which is multiple stratification,realizing the linking up of city endowment insurance and rural endowment insurance,accelerating the legislation construction of rural endowment insurance,and improving the overall quality of the employees,which can consummate rural endowment insurance system of our country. |
