对人力资源管理外包商的风险防范研究

摘    要:企业实施人力资源管理外包必然会面临外包商给企业带来的风险。文章从监督和激励两个方面研究了人力资源管理外包商给企业带来的风险以及防范问题。文章首先讨论了外包商与企业可能出现的博弈情况,并基于此从防范外包商违规操作给企业带来风险的角度设计了企业监督外包商的模型,并对此进行了分析;其次,从防范外包商不努力工作以及隐藏信息给企业带来的风险的角度设计了企业激励外包商的模型,提出了适合于外包商的激励机制。

Abstract:The enterprise have to face with risks which arose by outsourcing vendor during HRM outsourcing process. This paper did the research of risks preventing from supervising and motivating outsourcing vendor. First, it discussed the game circumstance between outsourcing vendor and enterprise, and then established a supervising model at the view of preventing risk that vendor may break the rule, and then did a detailed analysis. And then it advanced a motivating model at the view of the preventing risks that vendor may not work hard and hide information, and put forward the mechanism of motivating outsourcing vendor.
