| 摘 要： | 开展＂创先争优＂活动是保持中国共产党先进性的内在要求,而我党的先进性又是其执政合法性的根本来源。从这一意义上讲,＂创先争优＂活动是巩固和卫护我党执政合法性,加强我党执政能力建设的重要内容,是需要我党长期坚持和坚守的事业,其长效化意义重大。高校肩负着＂人才培养、科学研究、服务社会和文化传承＂的重大使命,大学各项功能的全面实现离不开高校广大党员干部在＂创先争优＂方面的长久努力。

| Abstract: | ＂To Be the Best＂ is the inner need of keeping advanced of Communist Party and the advanced is the key source of ruling legality. ＂To Be the Best＂ is an important content of guaranteeing ruling legality and build up the Party＇s governing capacity. It is also have significance for our party. The staff in high school is responsible for training talent, scientific research, serve the society and Cultural Continuity, so all kinds of work by Party member cannot leave ＂To Be the Best＂. |
