| 摘 要： | 循环经济与生态城市理论是在人们探索循环与发展的过程中逐步形成的。通过对陕西城市建设现状与生态城市建设进行比较,使人们认识到生态化是陕西城市建设的主要发展方向。为实现城市整体的最优化,应从政府管理部门、产业发展及城市经济社会整体的循环体系优化构建等三方面对陕西创建生态城市制定相应对策。

| Abstract: | The paper reviews historical development of recycling economy theory and ecocity theory. With the comparison between the present situation of Shaanxi city construction and that of other ecocity construction, the paper points out that ecolization is the main trend of development during the city construction in Shaanxi. It puts forward some suggestions on Shaanxi ecocity construction from three aspects, i. e. improving governmental administration, promoting development and optimizing the oreraU city economic recycling system. |
