| 摘 要： | 学习型社区的建设是构建学习型社会的重要内容。文中以杭州市为例，在论证杭州市地方高校参与学习型社区建设的优势后，提出资源交换、全面援助、共同行动是地方高校参与学习型社区建设三种不同的参与模式，需要政府的大力支持、相互建立教育实践基地、整合并开放高校的资源、提高社区管理效率和服务水平。

| Abstract: | Construction of learning-type comnmnity is an important part in construcing studying type society.In this essay ,Hangzhou city is taken for an example, after demonstrating the advantagous resources of local universities＇ construction of learuing-type community in Hangzhou city,exchanging resources, overall assistance and acting in concert are put forward as the three defferent pattern for local universities to participate construction of learning-type community.h needs government＇s powerful support, constructing pratieal bases on education for each other, conforming and opening universities＇ resources ,improving the efficency of community management and enhancing the level of serving. |
