| 摘 要： | 集体化时期的乡村治理模式是集权体制。其功能表现在：完成了国家在乡村的政权建构，奠定了权威主义政治动员基础，控制着农民的行为，实现了国家权力意志。其治理绩效是：乡村社会呈超稳定特征，乡村经济缓慢增长。

| Abstract: | In Collectivism period, rural governance mode is a centralized system. This model strengthened rural power structure, laid the political mobilization of authoritarianism, controlled the peasant action, realized the will to power of country. The performance of the mode result in not only the countryside was very stable, but also the economy grew slowly. |
