| 摘 要： | 物流成本管理是现代物流管理的核心内容。基于信息流的物流成本管理，就是通过提高信息流质量来达到控制和运用物流成本目的，以实现物流成本管理的目标。本文从信息流之于物流成本的重要性、物流成本管理的目标以及提升信息流质量的方法三方面进行了阐述。
