中国-东盟跨境征信合作平台研究

中国-东盟的经贸和投融资发展迅速，促进了各国经济金融的发展，但作为服务于各类贸易、投资、融资的跨境征信信息平台仍是空白，各国对信用信息的需求迫切。分析中国一东盟跨境征信合作的必要性、可行性以及需要面对的难点，提出跨境征信合作平台框架构想和相关建议，目的是促进区域跨境征信信息共享桥梁的搭建。

Research on Cross-border China-ASEAN Credit Reference Cooperation Platform

In recent years, China - ASEAN trade and investment ＆ financing have gained a rapid development, which has promoted national economic and financial development, but as a service instrument for various trades and investment ＆ financing, a cross - border credit information platform remains still blank. An analysis is made on the necessity and feasibility of cross - border cooperation in terms of credit reference as well as the confronted difficulties between China and ASEAN, conceiving a framework for cross - border cooperation platform of credit reference and some recommendations, so as to promote the building of regional cross - border credit information sharing bridge for further development of trade and investment ＆ financing.
