| 摘 要： | 准备活动是体育课教学中一个不可缺少的环节,但这个环节的重要性却经常被部分体育教师轻视或忽略。本文着重从准备活动在体育课教学中的价值体现以及今后准备活动在体育各项目教学中改革创新的方向来详细阐述,旨在让高校体育教师都能重视且改进体育各项目教学中的准备活动部分,进而提高体育教学的课堂效果。

| Abstract: | Warming up is an indispensable part in physical education teaching,but the importance of this part is ofen ignored or lightly by the physical education teachers.This artical focuses on the value of warming up as well as the future direction of warming up reform and innovation in various sports of physical education teaching,the pourpose is to make college physical education teachers feel important and improve the warming up in various sports of physical education teaching,and to improve teaching effects. |
