随着我国改革开放的深入进行,经济体制的转变,道路运输管理职能也在不断转变。本文通过对道路运输管理的含义、特征、类别和职能详细阐述,深刻地揭示了我国道路运输管理职能之建国以来的演变。从行政环境对转变的影响和转变的原因等方面入手,研究论证了我国道路运输管理职能的转变。

Research on Road Transportation Administration Functions

With the deepening of China's reform and opening up,and the transformation of the economic system,road transport management functions are also changing.In this paper,the evolution of China's road transport management functions since the founding of the PRC were revealed by elaborating the meaning,features,classes and functions of road transport management.Starting from the impact of administrative environment on transition and the causes of changing,the changes in China's road transport management functions were demonstrated.
