| 摘 要： | 建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱法(SPE-HPLC)测定地表水中微囊藻毒素-LR(MC-LR)的方法。选择HLB固相萃取柱对水样进行富集,采用5%甲醇水溶液淋洗固相萃取小柱,然后使用甲醇完全洗脱。HPLC采用V(0.1%TFA):V(甲醇)=15:85混合溶液为流动相等度洗脱。该法的检测限为0.07ug/L。

| Abstract: | Microcystin-LR(MC-LR) in surface water were determined by high performance liquid chromatograph(HPLC) with solid phase extraction(SPE).The results showed that good effects on the rinse of impurity was obtained by using 5% methanol,and all the MC-LR in HLB column could be eluted by methanol.In the experiment,MC-LR could be totally separated at isocratic elution with mobile phase V(0.1% Trifluoroacetic-acid):V(Methanol)=15:85.The detection limit of this way on MC-LR was 0.07ug/L. |
