| 摘 要： | 近年来对我科手术术患者,采用健康教育与亲情式护患沟通相结合模式进行护理,有效减轻了患者焦虑,密切了护患关系,提升了护理人员的业务能力、职业素养,病人满意度得到了持续提高,同时在促进患者伤口愈合,减少并发症,预防复发,提升护理人员专业价值、改善医患关系等方面起到了积极的推动作用。

| Abstract: | In recent years,it has adopted the mode of combining health education and family-style nurse-patient communication to conduct nursing in Department of Anorectal Surgery,which effectively reduces patients' anxiety,closes nurse-patient relationships and enhance the operational capacity and professionalism of the nursing staff,improves patients' satisfaction,meanwhile,plays a positive driving role in promoting wound healing of patients,reduce complications,relapse prevention,enhancing nurses' professional values,improving the doctor-patient relationship. |
