2010-2011年内蒙古自治区医院业务收入影响因素分析

目的:研究医院业务收入的影响因素。方法:对2010-2011年内蒙古地区医院门诊、住院收入变动建立因素指数体系,应用多因素分析法分析医院业务收入。结果:2011年较2010年医疗业务收入大幅上升,以出院人次和日均费用的增加为主,其次是门诊人次的增加。结论:医疗水平和服务质量提升较快,综合经济管理能力得到进一步提高,2011年较2010年医疗业务收入大幅上升,但应降低药占比,合理用药,避免过度检查。

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Hospital Business Income in Inner Mongolia during 2010-2011

Objective: To study the influence factors of hospital business income.Methods: To establish factor index system for hospital outpatient service,hospitalization income change in Inner Mongolia during 2010-2011,and analyze hospital business income with multiple factors analysis.Results: Compared with 2010,in 2011,hospital business income was increased substantially,was given priority to discharges,and the average daily cost increase,secondly,increase in outpatient visits.Conclusion: The enhancement for medical standards and quality of service is faster,and comprehensive economic management capacity is further improved,but we should lower drugs proportion,use drugs rationally and avoid excessive examination.
