摘    要:企业参与竞争的关键是人才的竞争,人才是企业发展壮大的核心要素。电力企业制度改革的日益深化对电力企业人力资源管理的创新管理机制提出了新的要求。本文从目前我国电力企业人力资源管理的现状出发,深入探讨了电力企业在电力体制、机制改革不断深化的今天是如何推进人力资源管理的创新发展。

Abstract:The key enterprise competition is the talent competition,and talent is the core element of business development and growth.The deepening electric enterprise system reform has proposed new requirements to the innovation management mechanism of human resources management.Starting from the current status of human resource management in China's electric power enterprise,this paper deeply discussed the power system in electric power enterprises,and the ways to promote the innovation development of the human resource management with the deepening mechanism reform.
