| 摘 要： | 目的:研究医院业务收入的影响因素。方法:对2010-2011年天津地区医院门诊、住院收入变动建立因素指数体系,应用多因素分析法分析医院业务收入。结果:2011年较2010年,天津地区业务收入大幅增长,由门诊人次、日均费用和出院人次增加所致。结论:天津综合医疗服务体系构建较好,有效控制药费,但应进一步缩短平均住院日。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the impact factors of hospital income.Method: To establish factor index system for hospital outpatient service,hospitalization income change in Tianijn during 2010-2011,and analyze hospital business income with multiple factors analysis.Results: compared to 2010,in 2011,the business income of the Tianjin areas showed significant growth caused by outpatient visits,the average daily cost and discharges increase.Conclusion: The construction of comprehensive medical service system in tianjin is better,which effectively control the expenses for medicine,but we should further shorten the average length of stay. |
