| 摘 要： | 本文着重阐明和研究发展西部经济所采取的模式方式，并充分论证实施西部开发必须加强生态保护和建设，树立生态伦理观的内容，生态建设和环境保护是西部开发的根本和切入点，西部生态环境的改善，国土资源的整治，不仅可以为西部地区的发展创造条件，也为东部地区经济发展提供市场，从而保证东西部地区经济的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | This Paper offers a focus and study on the adoption of certain modes and patterns in the development of western economy, and it provides sufficient arguments for strengthening ecological protection and construction and for establishing ecological ethics during the initiation of the western developmtent. Ecological construction and environmental protection are the keys to exploring China's West. The bettering of western ecological environment and the rehabilitating and controlling of lands will not only make way for the development of the west, but also provide markets for the eastern areas and hence guarantee a sustainable development of both eastern and western economics. |
