农民参加培训的支付意愿及影响因素分析——基于江苏调查数据的实证分析

文章以江苏苏中和苏北地区的调查数据为基础，运用Logit模型，分别从农民个体特征、家庭特征和社区特征，考察农民参加培训的支付意愿及其影响因素。实证结果表明：受正规教育不同程度、家庭人均纯收入、农户社区周围农户参加培训的比例、电话的可获得性以及村干部对培训重视程度等对农民参加培训有显著性影响；但并不是每一个农村劳动力都愿意参加农民培训，政府必须制定相应政策吸引有培训意愿的农民参加培训。

An Analysis of Payment Willingness and Influence Factors of Farmers' Participation in Training——An Experimentation Analysis of the Statistics in Jiangsu

Based on the practice of peasants' training in the Middle and the North part of Jiangsu Province,this paper reviews the influential factors for peasant participation in relevant trainings from the perspective of individual,family and community characteristics by the application of Logit Model.As the empirical result shows,such factors as formal education level of the peasants,net income for each family,the percentage of other peasants' participation in the training,the availability of telephone and village carders' attendance to the training have obvious influence on our peasants' participation in the training.The conclusion is that not all the labor in the village would like to take part in the training;it's our government that should formulate relevant policies to attract their participation.
