| 摘 要： | 1978年中共十一届三中全会拉开了中国经济体制改革的序幕，经过二十余年的改革，我国已初步建立了社会主义市场经济体制，改革使中国取得了巨大的经济成就。2003年十六届三中全会通过了完善社会主义市场经济体制的决定，为进一步深化改革指明了方向。

| Abstract: | In 1978, the Third Plenum of the 11~(th) Central Committee of the CPC initiated the reform of economic system in China. In the past two decades, the market economy system has been established, and china has seen the tremendous achievement economic construction. What's more important, the Third Plenum of the 16~(th) Central Committee of the CPC has ratified the Decision on the Perfection of Socialism Market Economic System, thus chart a new direction for the further reform. |
